What is Gold used for and how can I get my hands on it?

Money makes the world go round, even when there's a zombie horde knocking at the door! Gold is the currency used to build certain structures, upgrade Survivors and build certain buildings. You can raid for Gold by doing certain Missions or you can trade Gems for Gold at the Blackmarket.

You can access the Blackmarket by tapping the icon of the gem chest in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. You can also access it by pressing the + icon on both the Gold and the Gem icons on the left hand of the screen.

Building a Piggybank also lets you produce some gold every day.
